The work A/C is out
Yesterday was fun. Today is already shaping up to be even worse.
+ Year Seven at the current job started yesterday. At some point, this year, this will be the longest I've ever worked in one place.
I should be more excited about it, but this place is.... BLECH.
+ Anyway.. I want to accomplish anything, creative-wise, so I'm back on the weekend list at 1MW. I need to make sigtags for HiH, but I just don't like anything enough, anymore.
I just want Stranger Things to hit Netflix, already, so I can grumble about how little Hopper/Joyce we'll end up getting. And I want Lost in Space to announce ANYTHING. I NEED TO SEE MAX!!! I also want to find Bruce/Diana Justice League fic.
+ BFAM!Nate is coming to town in two weeks, so I'm trading Friday's vacation day for two half days, so I can get him at the airport and then get him to Tampa for a thing. Was kinda looking forward to a four-day weekend, but God forbid my brother admits to anyone he screwed up. Just goes to show he cares more about how OTHER people perceive him than how his family actually sees him.
Whatever.
+ Watched about six episodes of Bob Ross, last night, before falling asleep by 9:30. I'm living like a rockstar, y'all...
+ JAWS tickets for 7pm tomorrow night. If I didn't have to work, we'd be at the 2pm and 4pm shows, as well. True story, that.
+ Still nothing on the front of the car naming itself. I've been calling it 'Jeeper' when I talk to it, because I have to call it SOMETHING.
+ Found a pattern to make a yarn wig. Although it's not ~exactly~ what I'm looking for, I might be able to fake it and get a Vanellope wig for DragonCon that fits better than the wig I did buy -- hopefully Arda will have a table, so I can have a professional help me size and put on the damn thing, because I'm at a complete loss. I'd love to figure out how to fake a Casey jacket, so I can take my Tomorrowland outfit, but the hair is still a problem, as I don't have any.
COME ON STORES. PUT OUT THE CRAPPY HALLOWEEN WIGS, ALREADY!!
