Okay . . . I could go with the obvious and say Stranger in a Strange Land - the most useless Lost episode ever, but I am going to go with the Season 2 episode Two for the Road.
In this episode we learn that Ana Lucia was pregnant and this was the episode in which Michale shot Ana Lucia and Libby. I didn't like Ana Lucia at all, so I could care less about her back-story. Then there was Libby's death. I was never a big Libby fan, but the pain that her death brought Hurley was just so damn sad. I'm glad we didn't see Michael for a while after this. Same for Ana Lucia.
I also had this season's What Kate Does in the running for being yet another completely useless episode, but I really don't care about Kate either way. =)
