The all clear

Saw my doctor today and am now cleared for physical activity of all sorts. Read into that what you will.

I should also know within the week if I'm anemic, and (bonus) I got my flu vaccine.

Autumn continues to be lovely here, and I'm looking forward to walking to and from work. The work part of work probably won't be so bad, either.

That's fine news Erica. I hope you'll get back into close contact with the world and whomever immediately! Hope there is good news on the anemia but if not it is very treatable.

I mailed you a small box yesterday with wings of mercury it should arrive today, if not, well you'll have it tomorrow when you come home.
