Well, I suspect it may appeal more to people who have annoying co-workers and "bosses" that they wish they could do something to... A kind of wish-fulfillment story. };)

Thanks; from everything my father ever told me about this, it was definitely a case of an incompetent being promoted beyond his abilities.
