Well, RDJ definitely does deserve the love. If I wasn't the Hiddles fan that I am, I would have been fangilrling most over RDJ (as I did at Comic Con summer) because he is such a bamf omg. But I have Hiddles and I just about died when he appeared!

Yeah, a lot of people don't seem to like the new entrance. I'm a bit indifferent towards it, I'm mostly excited for the inside construction.

I've actually seen a lot of celebrities in my years of life. It just kind of goes with the territory of living near LA and where a lot of events like these are.

Brave sounds very cool but now I'm kinda side-eyeing Pixar EVEN MORE. Look, I like father/daughter relationships as much as anyone, but this originally, afaik, had a mother/daughter relationship at the centre. idk man. I'm still excited for it of course and there's nothing to say that the mother/daughter relationship WON'T be a focus but I'll be kinda crushed if it isn't? Father/daughter relationships are kind of all over animation and I was hoping to see Pixar break away from that. Guess I'm still a bit suspicious of the whole directorial kerfuffle that went down.

I will say though that this is still THE MOST EXCITED I have been for a voice cast for an animated movie EVER here Philippa have a voice cast omgggggg there is not a single thing I dislike about it now they've brought in Kelly MacDonald. Don't jump the gun so fast. Just because I love father/daughter relationships and am excited for this one, doesn't mean Pixar took the focus off Merida and her mother. I never said anything about that. The plot we were given mainly revolves around Merida and her own individualism and independence and less with either parent. From the looks we got, her relationship with her mother is going to be more important but the scene we got to watch just had some cute father/daughter scenes that I loved (there was an important mother/daughter scene as well, I was just less excited by that, lol). So just try not to assume anything, kay?

One of the things I loved most about the Brave presentation was how absolutely excited and passionate the director was about his film. It was infectious and he seemed very proud of what they were going to deliver to us so I have confidence. I think Kelly MacDonald's been attached for a while, I cannot wait for her, I adore her. And especially Craig Ferguson as well, this is an awesome cast

Basically I hate you with all the envy in the world right now. I'm sure I have legit thoughts on all of this because Brave sounds amazing and obviously you've gotten me all kinds of worked up over Avengers, but I'm too envious to voice them at the moment, even if it was poorly organized :C

Also, I think I still like the older CA entrance more. That one's not bad, but I definitely liked the big California a lot more. This one's too subdued :/
