Eh, if you believe the papers, size 8 is fat! Rubbish, all of it. I like myself best at 12/14, so that's what it's going to be. I also liked myself at 22, and luckily, I've always been surrounded by people who didn't care in the least about weight or not weight during the last years. I know people who look fantastic at size 20 (and you? You look definitely neat on the pictures I've seen of you!), and others who look like crap at 10, so that's really not saying anything. Beauty - eyes - beholder. It's just nice that I can treat myself to a pizza or a piece of chocci once in a while without counting every calorie. :)
Of course I wouldn't have minded if those --- censored --- of doctors would have realised a couple of years ago that some of the meds I had to take to treat my epilepsy messed up my thyroid gland and metabolism...!
Absolutely agree with you. Losing weight is a sign that my health is recovering, so I'm very happy. The new meds have made a world of difference for me. :)
