Oh it rates high, especially now where they started to accept all kinds of cards. Hm, I know that was already some years ago, but time passes differently when you're at IKEA. They lull you in with adressing you personally on each sign and over the speakers, make the best raspberry cake ever (with sour cream! *dies*) and throw "Olaf", "Noresund", "Knodd", and "Billy" (oh, Billy!) at you. Before you know it, your cat is talking to you in Swedish, off her stylish new cat-couch in patriotic blue and yellow, called "Katzä" or something like that.

But I like your working place. Looks very tidy to me. I like the fact that so many of the IKEA things can be (mis)used for other things. The CD shelf is serving as a bathroom shelf for me, holding all kinds of small bottles and soaps.

My cats are absolutely crazy about the toy mices from Ikea. They ignore any other toys, but Max drags the thing through the flat for weeks, until it falls apart. I wonder what they are filled with - RASPBERRY CAKE, I guess! ;-)

And agreed. Ikea furniture leaves room for creativity. You can repaint them or use them for other things. Like the shoe box - I was looking for ages to find a good way to store Mäkka's graphics, but everything was so terribly expensive. And the shoe box only cost me EUR 10 or something.

And I just realised that the green thingy also comes in black...
