well,
if I were you (or anyone else who's involved) I would just go, contact the service provider and tell them that they have a nice little typo in their 'bandwidth exceeded' message... and, of course, add that if this is *not* their message it makes them look very, very bad...

Just for the records; the service provider is, as stated at the whois record at nic.com (listed as "Registrant's agent" at the bottom...:

Domain Name:
autographmania.co.uk

Registrant:
Collectors World Events

Registrant's Address:

THE REGISTRANT IS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS ELECTED TO
HAVE THEIR ADDRESS OMITTED FROM THE WHOIS DATABASE

Registrant's Agent:
PIPEX Communications Hosting Ltd [Tag = WEBFUSION]
URL: http://www.webfusion.co.uk Now let's look that up; contact data for this service provider can be found at ( ... )

P.S.: The board is *not* working, at least not for me. The professionality of that organization, however, should be questioned as the link you have provided and its structure tells me that they are using an open source, free and as easy hackable PHP source to run their boards (PHPNuke, IMHO, because of the call for 'modules.php?op=modload... in combination with PHPBB as a board - both in combination produce *really* high traffic on a database (like 64 database calls per page view, if you have any idea what I am talking about - that's a *lot* - my new site with board, gallery, and library - all PHPbased but not PHPNuke makes about 32 DBcalls per pageview, and I already consider *that* a lot...))
