I love how this poem revolves around the three most significant people in Gin's life. The last line of the last stanza especially wrenches my heart. Oh Gin...

Thanks! I am in the "Oh Gin" state myself. Although they used different words, all three translators Ju-ni, Mangastream and Sleepyfans have agreed that Gin in the last chapter was "giving-up", closing his eyes and... T.T So I guess this is the end for Gin! Bleach won't be the same without him.

I had difficulty to understand Gin's bond with Kira (in SS I feared him like crazy) but in a way I think you explained that to me XD
The last stanza was heart-wrenching. My compliments!
