I just don't know what to think about Peter and Altlivia. I need input. IMO, the most logical and in-character response to the question "does he realize it's not her?" (yes, I realize most people rephrase this to "HOW THE HELL CAN HE NOT REALIZE IT'S HER") is: of course he does, he's just playing the long con a la Sawyer to find out what the hell she's up to. That fits with everything he's about. The notion that he's too full of aaangst and destiny to realize that it's not her strikes me as weak. He's given her plenty of odd looks about her quirky behavior so far. And he even mentioned in The Box that the other side probably has agents over here. There is no reason he shouldn't have connected the dots by now. Hmm. She's acted out of character, but then he wasn't "in a relationship" with her until right before the switch, so for all he knows maybe she acts differently because she's opening up to someone? I guess I think that Peter's just thinking with his penis at the moment and that he'll realize it soon enough. I'd like to hope

...it's been a relatively short time since the switch, hasn't it?
That's true. I keep forgetting how sudden all this is.
I do think maybe he's fighting off his own suspicion a bit, just because he needs [an] Olivia in his life right now and is kind of basking in the fact that he has this relationship at all.
Man, I'm so not used to watching TV week by week like this! Where are the S3 DVDs so I can just devour them all and not have to wait on revelations? :]
...am I the only one that suspects a big part of the destruction Over There was due to Walternate? That his obsession to get his son back and get even with our Walter drove him to experiments that shredded his reality a bit?Wow. I hadn't even thought of that, but it would make a lot of sense - thematic and otherwise. I think you may be right. After all, just because Walternate is the more composed and calculating of the two doesn't mean he's not still ruled by the emotion and impulse of our Walter. Perhaps this is even one of the reasons our Walter asked Bell to remove certain

I don't know... I get the sense that Peter doesn't know it's not her, but that he has the vague feeling that something is off. He's not being sufficiently suspicious even when she's not looking.
Meanwhile, meaningful conversations about identity with subconsious projections of Peter >>> snogging. yes.
Hmm, perhaps I should cut Peter some slack (while at the same time cuffing him upside the head for not being more OBSERVANT). I'm actually really interested in how Altlivia deals with the inevitable fallout. I mean, she's got a guy back home waiting for her, and although she's colder than Ourliv I don't think she's unaffected emotionally by what the mission is requiring of her.
I know, I love that final scene so much! I'm a fan of the little musical motif that plays every time they have A Moment.
Excellent to hear! Yes, I'm surprised by how faithful the tone of it all feels, even if it differs in some obvious ways. I'm looking forward to watching how things develop. (I'm okay with Ahsoka so far, but that might just be because I have a lot of love for her voice actress, Ashley Eckstein, who's doing great things in real life for the female sci-fi fandom.)
I have always been an Anakin/Vader fan, he's usually the center of my attention.
I loved the Tartokovsky Clone Wars! Although I haven't seen any of those episodes since they were originally aired. That was some great short-form storytelling.
