     As usual, I've been very busy at the farm trying to get things done.  It all becomes a blur at times, and it's hard to remember what was happening from one day to another.  I really ought to make more of an effort to post each evening, but sometimes by the time the work is done I'm just too tired to bother.  Unfortunately, this is how I wind

If you like mushrooms, may I suggest you go to the supermarket and look for some portabella or button mushrooms. The ones you want are the ones where the edge of the cap is unrolled and the top is close to flat as possible (easier to find with portabellas than buttons

Ooorrrrr... I could try to convince you and Stacey to come up here for a while, and you could show me which mushrooms are which in person! ;)

Once we get the house properly fixed up and cleaned up, so that we can have guests coming to visit, you know the invitation will always be open. :)

Hopefully next summer we'll have a proper garden too, and maybe some free-range chickens! :)
