There's no DRAMA like INTARNET DRAMAH!

I realized that out of the people on my ICQ list, most everyone who I want to talk to, I can chat with in other venues. There are a few I wouldn't mind chatting with more often, who I don't see elsewhere, but a lot of them just aren't on very often. It's been forever since I've even started up ICQ. Heh.

I decided there's no point in walking on eggshells around "friends"...if you have to do that, you're little more than an aquaintence, and if you don't get along well with an aquaintence, why even be acquainted with him/her?

I'm the same way. I get on icq rarely. I either live near those I care about or talk to them nightly on Wow anyways. There are a few others of course, but it's rare to see them.

I agree about the walking on eggshells thing too. I'm glad to be rid of him if he was going to be that difficult. There are definitely issues that are important..but if my telling someone they have a perma-chip on their shoulder is enough for that person to no longer wish to speak with me, then they were just looking for an excuse anyways.

Yes you know him.

Now think about what I said and you will know exactly who this is.

Who do we both know that holds an eternal grudge?

You could look at it this way- Lesson Learned: Be straightforward and honest and have true friends, not insecure losers. Sparing people's feelings comes at a cost.
