Ohhhh, most definitely put it on my Watch List. I've been looking for a comfy, non-expensive dressage saddle to start my horse with. *keeps fingers crossed*
This is going to sound totally random, but your boss didn't call Dover to get more information about what the serial number meant for this saddle, did she?
No, it's just the model number that I have. There is an additional stamp that both hers and mine have, but I thought it was just a mark put there because they were both purchased from consignment. They are different numbers on our saddles but its kind of offset and doesn't really fit with the logo or anything. Btw it's an older dressage saddle, possibly 6-8 years old.
Just curious. I work for Dover (and in turn, Miller's Harness) and had a customer last week contact me in regards to this exact saddle -- seat size and gullet width and everything, haha!
That's funny. I have the exact same saddle with a smaller seat. Any info that I might learn from another's inquiry? I truly love my saddle, and I've heard a lot of people don't part with theirs because of its versatile fit and because of how comfortable it is. I know I will never part with mine :)
The ground shipping was less than $20, I put in large parcel, and 20lbs weight and it came to like $17 or something. When I had my saddle shipped it was $25. I put calculated but I really have no idea what that means.
