I'm unsure as to her background, actually. She has worked with my guy on and off (due to us traveling to college during the year) and this is the second time she's fixed other farriers' problems on my guy successfully. a little googling provided me with this snippet of a bio from a clinic she gave - " is a long time advocate of natural hoof care and has been trimming hooves since 1977. She is certified through and a Field Instructor for the American Natural Hoof Care Practitioners (AANHCP). She’s a member of the Vermont Farriers Association and a founding member of the American Hoof Association (AHA)." and she has a BS in Animal Husbandry.
