They really do strive to have the BEST customer service. My boyfriend actually started his first day working there today, I'm soooo jealous of him.

He is working in their warehouse driving a forklift. That's about all I know about what he does but I'm looking forward to him getting me discounts on stuff!

I've never used SmartPak for supplements, but I have a story about a small tack store in Kentucky. I live in MD and one of my friends in the TB industry recommended KY Tack and Leather when I wanted a really nice halter for Linus.

It was a birthday present from my mother (the last gift I got from her) and her check got lost in the mail. They shipped the halter before they received the check and called me when they hadn't received it. It happened to be about a week after my mom passed away and I paid for it with my credit card.

Somewhere in the conversation it came up that my mom had died, and about three days later I received a handwritten condolence card in the mail.

To this day, when I want a really nice halter or lead, I go through them.

I love smart pak. I called saying my horse was having a strange reaction and we were looking into his supplements. I mentioned my BO thought it was SOURCE (I didn't think so) and not only did smart pak notify the company, SOURCE's founder called me directly AND sent me all the information I asked for with a hand written signed letter. I've gotten numerous calls checking on his progress as well. A+++ For Smart Pak!!!
