Another Reason SmartPak is Awesome
So, I just had to let you all know another reason SmartPak is amazing and why I will never use another place for my horse's supplements.
Before Fritz was euthanized, I had him on SmartPak Repair. It is the only order I ever placed for him of it. After euthanizing, I cancelled his automatic shipment orders. In the reasons why, I wrote "I unfortunately had to euthanize the horse due to medical reasons."
Today in the mail I just recieved the loveliest card from them expressing their condolences. Handwritten.
If that's not customer service and care, then I don't know what is.
