Yay!!! I should've known your poll was the result of a plot bunny. :)

I'm all melancholy tonight thinking about Sawyer being lonely without Jack, and how they never really connected on the island. I love the idea that they can make up for it after they're rescued. That's just the kind of happy ending I want to see.

And the title's awesome! :D

Aw, thanks! I realized I really missed the whole post-island genre.

I'm always a sucker for a domesticated version of Sawyer, especially one who still has thoughts like this: Sawyer feels the yearning need to do a number on him. Scam him. Rip his heart out and leave him bleeding, coppery and hot flowing through Sawyer’s fingers. He can feel it. Taste it.

And that kiss? Pretty freakin' hot. :)

Thank you! I didn't think the kiss was very hot when I wrote it, so that's a nice surprise.

I'm so glad my poll lead to this! This is great. Sawyer working in a Starbuck's for minimum responsibility is very him. Their kiss was damn hot! :)

Thank you so much! I'm glad you asked the question, because I had fun writing this. :)

Well, I think you managed to get all my favourite things in this fic :) I don't think I'll ever be quite the same again wandering into a Starbucks now.

Sawyer's right to not want to join Starbucks management - they've got some crazy policies and there's no way Sawyer would buy into that stuff.
I liked this - just a taste on a Sunday morning. Yum.
My Starbucks drink is a caramel macchiato too - yay!
Can I go all mystical and pretend the beach is back on the island? "We have to go back!"

Thank you! I really think Sawyer would want as little responsibility as possible. And yeah, that'd be why I didn't write the beach, right? So it can be back on the island, in your imagination. :)
