Notes: Using for fanfic100 #61, Winter. Inspired by a discussion in elise_509's journal about a career for Sawyer.
Summary: Jack and Sawyer meet again. Future fic, so probably technically AU. No spoilers.

Sometimes in a fic' there can be a line that hits your brain and you see the picture being painted with absolute clarity. You're there, in the cafe watching these two men break apart from this "what took us so long and when can we do it again?" kiss and it makes your toes curl.

I'm rambling I know. Starbucks and Sawyer is the most delicious combo'. Think it's gone to my head.

This was lovely. My favorite thing about it is Jack thinking he's better than Sawyer and Sawyer's reaction to it. I think I liked that because it's an aspect of their relationship that I often overlook and yet there's a lot to work with there.

I also just love the idea of Sawyer as a barista. Imagine going into Starbucks and instead of some perky twenty-something, it's Sawyer behind the counter. I'd die. And I'd be drinking a lot of coffee!
