WHAAAT LIVEJOURNAL?! I guess this account still exists! I haven't used this in millenia, and I honestly can't promise this will be a habit, since I'm already drowning in social media. However, this seemed to be one place this update could possibly reach a pile of people it might not otherwise, so what the hey, right?

Thank you! I know a lot of the people I used to follow went to Dreamwidth, and many left one or both services entirely. I'm not sure how much I'll pick up using this, especially given that I have a Pillowfort account that I almost never use. But one never knows!

Hi If! I don't use LiveJournal any more and our social media usage hasn't intersected much in recent years, but I'm glad I got a notification for this post. So glad to hear that you are happy. I was recently describing to a friend of mine where my interest in the Cocteau Twins came from, and I believe my exact words were "the coolest person I've ever met in my life." :)
