Bronzed
Back from the beach. I am now beyond tan----bronzed would actually be more accurate.I loved our small,quaint beach town. No big stores or tall buildings. It was wonderful to just sit,read and swim---repeat the next day. We went to see Assateague Island. The beach was beautiful----clear water and fine sand. The alarm that cried wolf
Thank God for quiet weekends. I got my week's worth of stairmaster workout yesterday. The panic alarm at the clinic kept going off sending all medical personnel to the 2nd floor (I work on the fifth) via the stairs. Back from CA
Spent the week in Long Beach, CA. Had a nice relaxing time but by the last few days I missed my fast paced home. I felt like offering people several cups of coffee to amp them up. Maybe you have to live there awhile to actually slow down.
