Just popped my
savoury sweet potato casserole into the fridge. I'll finish baking it tomorrow for work's pot luck. Fished out a spoonful to check the flavor and... omnomnomnom. :9 So. good.

This year I sliced up an apple and a pear to mix in, and added some ginger. Even better.
I keep threatening to try to re-create my great-grandma's which had heavy cream and molasses.
