3 Things from the NBC TCA

Aug 06, 2009 03:13

Jeez, I am posting a lot!

1 - Trauma, that medical drama that I was going to watch on basis of Cliff Curtis awesomeness alone (I already have an icon, even) is going to have an openly gay character. Please be a good show.

2 - White Collar, the Tim DeKay-Matthew Bomer series, as I previously predicted, is going to have slash. ( Lots & lots of slash. Even if I have to write it myself. )

heroes, bryan fuller, teevee, chuck

Hmm. Yes, I could be down with this slash.

I think we should get a head start & write slash before the show even airs. Just like we introduced Mace/Capa to the world.

I know nothing about them, though.

It's pretty much all up there in the official press release... there is a little trailer, too.

It's set in San Francisco, and it has only one openly gay character? *worries* They might handle it really well, but they might take the "unlucky in love so we don't have to show squicky same-sex kissing" route.)

Bryce Larkin! In a show of his own! That does sound awesomely slashtastic.

Haha, that's pretty much exactly what one of the commenters on AfterElton said... 'Shouldn't there be a token straight?'

I have an odd history of liking Matt Bomer, but not the roles he plays, so hopefully this will be the one I can get into.

That was my first thought, too, but then I realized that Cliff Curtis' character is the only one I find interesting so far... so maybe this will add a layer to another character, & I will be able to find 2 of the characters interesting. ::facepalm::
