Well, there was a difference between singing for a very drunk Beast Boy in order to get him to stop and singing infront of a huge party of people, even if it was with someone else, and he didn't plan on getting everyone drunk first.
...That could be plan B.
"Nnn," Kite mumbled, bit of confetti falling off his shoulders. The stuff was literally everywhere. "Ah, yes, of course." The AI nodded. Maybe he'd get lucky and the whole mansion wouldn't all come tonight...

“Kiiitte,” she sang, twirling around him, “Are you like, totally ready?” She suddenly stopped behind Kite, placing her hands on his shoulders, and spun him around to face her.
“I hope you have a song picked out,” her voice became serious, “because it would be totally lame if you didn’t sing tonight, you know.” Suddenly, she smiled and giggled, her demeanor back to normal.
“So like,” she said, grabbing Kite’s hands and swaying side to side, “what are you going to sing and stuff?”

"Ahhhhhh..." he muttered, fiddling with a loose stitch on his glove. "Ah, well... maybe..." He completely forgot to actually find a song, and there wasn't enough time to search the internet for something. This was kind of not good.
"Err... duet?" he offered hopefully. Maybe if he could get her off his back for awhile he could find something. Otherwise something horrible would probably happen.

“Duet?” Linda questioned, a smile spreading across her face. How romantic! How sweet!
“That sounds totally A-W-E-S-O-M-E!” She giggled happily, pulling Kite to the stage.
“What song?”

He strutted in, disco ball in one hand and boom box in the other. (Why he brought it along is a mystery; possibly because his favorite CD is still inside after he kicked it and messed up the eject button).
"Linda, Kite! The party animal has arriiiiived!"
Just to make sure his entrance was dramatic enough, he took a handful of confetti and threw it in his path.

Oh wait, right, Beast Boy. Kite shook his head, looking away from the fascinating sparkly thing to smile at his friend. "Ah, hello!" he said cheerfully in his normal zombish way. He was getting better, though. At least he wasn't moaning all the time.
He paused, looking back at the glittery, sparkly, shiny round thing again. "What's that?" he asked, pointing at it.

Beast Boy nodded, quite satisfied at his very acute and totally accurate account of history. Then he smiled, spinning the disco ball and making the room shine with spinning lights.
"Nifty, huh? So, uh, what're you planning on singing tonight?"

After a few minutes of that, he remembered BB had asked him a question. "Ah, singing?" he said, still watching the sparkly spinny disco ball. "Uhh... working on it." Maybe he could just grab something from Kite's memories or something. Kite sang, didn't he? ...Okay, maybe not, but it was worth a try.

"Uh...shit..." Con said, pointing. Having eyes actually sort of messed with how well he remembered with sound, now. After a brief pause, he pointed at each one in order. "Okay, yeah, you're Kite, you're Beast Boy, and you're Linda."

"Nah. I've just got really good ears, yeah? I've heard all of you talking in this mansion before."

So, tucking a few strands behind her ear, a positive look on her face, Tifa entered the dining room. She looked around, wondering if anyone she knew was here yet. If not, that was fine too. After all, Tifa was always for making new friends.

Skipping over, Linda called out, “Hello there!” When reaching the woman, Linda had to use all of her self control not to touch her hair own hair. It was nothing compared to this lady’s.
“Um, ah, welcome!” the singer said, feeling more than a little self-conscious.

"Thanks. I'm Tifa. Who are you?"

“I’m Linda! It’s like, totally nice to meet you!” Linda held out her hand, because it was totally proper to shake people’s hands in this sort of situation, right? Especially with such a proper looking lady. She was probably a princess or something.

Needless to say, he was a little scared and walked into the hall with an air of hesitation.

“I’m like, so totally glad that you could come!” Glancing around, she then asked, “Hey, where’s like your bear? I totally wanted to like, meet him!”

Tino smiled, he had thought of bringing Pizza but sometimes it was easier to go places without him. Pizza liked to adventure places and it was kind of a mess to go look for him. He also liked to bite on the edges of his pants, and seeing as he was getting pretty strong Tino wasn't sure if he wanted to experiment with that in public. "I decided to let him stay at home so that he could sleep or something, he's quite the handful."

And suddenly, a huge green dog bounded across the room to meet up with his friend. Morphing back just before colliding into the smaller boy, he bent down and smiled at his friend. (He was actually quite pleased to be taller than someone for once).
"I didn't know you could sing!"
