I really enjoyed this little world you created here! Loved the Turtle-E-Vince dynamic you set up at dinner (this was a *great* Turtle!) - and you have a really great writing style, I would never have guessed it was unbeta'd. This was a delight to read, and just what I needed!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it, and that the writing doesn't sound too uneven - I was nervous about that.

I never would have thought to take Vince and E to this place, but you did it very well. I love the thought of Vince dancing for some reason, with his lithe grace it certainly seems possible. Wonderful story.

Thanks! Glad it seemed plausible. It was fun, writing them into the dance world. : )

"Watching them, Vince imagined darting down a street, soaring one step ahead of dad’s angry hands with every bound."

I love this whole set up...it's really unique. But it feels like just the beginning--I want to know more. What happens between that first hook-up and that first solo? What are E's aspirations beyond playing for ballet? Does he really love music, or is it just something to pay the bills and keep his Aunt happy? Don't take all this as a negative--you've made me want to know more, which is definitely a good thing. Are you going to play in this particular AU anymore? I think you really should. Good work!

Oh, it's awesome to hear you found this interesting enough to want to know more. Thanks for your lovely comment. (and it's true, this definitely ended abruptly... I've always had problems pulling things to a close, haha).

I don't think there will be more to come but you never know. : )
