AnS inspired cooking: Panda Cake!

Do you remember that specific AnS episode around last Christmas, where the guest got to taste all kinds of different Christmas cakes?
Do you remember that specific cake that managed to steal the show and bring out DoS Jun? XD

That's right! It was the PANDA CAKE!

I thought it would be too sweet as well, but it turned out just right, since the body of the cake was much more larger and denser than the icing. So the icing was only a thin layer, when the cake was cut into portions, and there wasn't much filling in the inside. ^^

Yeah, putting the icing on took a while. And I was totally afraid I'd mess up along the way, but luckily I made it XD
