Should I grow a beard?

I haven't been bothered / haven't gotten around to shaving for a couple of weeks, and now I have the beginnings of a scruffy overworked graduate-student geeky style beard, which, if nothing else, might increase the incidence of people confusing me for a PhD student.

I was bored and distracted today, so I went shopping. I've been feeling sick all day, though, but that's probably because I stayed up all night and didn't have a nap.

I found Richard Feynman's Six Easy Pieces in Borders for 10 dollars, so there was no way I could say no to getting that.

I really, really need to get some decent walking shoes or something that I can wear all day without having my feet left in great pain :(
I've wound up with a huge, terribly evil blister on my foot again today, and it sucks :(

I can't sleep, and I feel miserable.
My room is a frightful mess, which is making me even more depressed, but I totally don't have the energy to clean it up :(

I have a LM335, with pin 1 not connected, pin 2 connected to a microcontroller's ADC input with a 2.2k pull-up resistor to 5V so that there's a bias current through the LM335, and pin 3 connected to ground. (Don't concern yourself too much with the electronics if you don't understand fully, this is very much a software problem.)
