The scent of rain and lightning on the wind.
Strawberry-lemonade.
The violet-hued world at twilight.
Running in the morning, before the heat of the day.
New summer hours at work - 9 hours days and every other Friday off.
What are your five favorite things about summer?
weather,
seasons,
rumination

January through April we have our coldest weather--usually in the 50s-low 70s, sometimes a bit colder or warmer. May-September is hot, high 80s-high 90s. October-December is moderate, usually high 70s-high 80s. No leaves fall from trees. No snow. We make up for lack of weather by having gorgeous tropical plants and exotic birds everywhere almost year-round.
