Summary: (AU post 5.22) In the autumn following the averted Apocalypse, Sam is struggling with nightmares and memories slipping past the wall Kali put in place when she pulled him from the Cage. Gabriel's torn between helping his lover to the best of his ability and helping reorganize Heaven with Cas and Raphael. As Sam's flashbacks worsen and Gabriel learns details of his lover's time spent in the Cage, it becomes clear that the Cage hasn't held together. This is a direct sequel to Where All My Journeys End so many details will make more sense if that story is read first.
