I'm going to buck the trend here and say Tactical.
Yes you forgot to answer one question but for me, the rest of your application shows enough of who you are to place you. You're ordered and tenacious, a confidant leader, well aware of your role but strong enough to bend the rules when you need to. Disciplined and ordered but with that streak of something else that is necessary in a tactical or command position.
There's a little Ops in there but I get the feeling that you'd always look at that Captain's Chair with a little longing :P
Perhaps you could have expanded your answers a bit but to be honest, length isn't the only factor, short but deep responses can be just as enlightening.
Doesn't look like my vote will count for much this time around but I'd love to see you re-apply because you're definitely Trek enough for me!

Generally seeing an unanswered question is sorta an instant-civilian for me, but I took the time to read through it carefully anyway. As a result, I think I can place you in Tactical with a fair amount of confidence - you're direct and to the point, people-oriented and content to lead. I can roll with that. :3

I can see why people would say Civilian though, so if you end up re-applying remember to flesh things out!
