I'm sure that there have to be some reasonable people in Utah, but that prospective law takes the cake. If the people of that state were even half reasonable such a bill would have been laughed off the agenda.

Yeah, I don't get it. Apparently, the law was in response to a particular case, but hard cases make bad law, as the saying goes.
