Shocking new running development: Morning jogs!

Week 3, Day 2: I decided to go jogging in the morning today, as an experiment. It went well! I didn't get dizzy or pass out, which I've had trouble with for morning exercise in the past. FYI: passing out while running is NOT normal.

Oh, I've never passed out running. I used to pass out from tai chi standing exercises - not full on black out, because I would sit down before that, but get dizzy and have to put my head between my knees for a while. I was hypoglycemic growing up and if I didn't watch my blood sugar would pass out randomly in math class or whatever.

I assumed you'd notice the sarcasm but I guess it might not come across well in text when you mix up the author. You wouldn't be the first person to pass out at tai chi. I saw that sort of thing happen to a couple of people during standing exercises.
