Oh sweetie, AMEN to sobbing into cereal. I don't know, this episode, for some reason made me overcome with feelings about these children in a way I haven't since like I don't know when. Ugh.

Thank you, the lyrics though - On the Radio, man. Speaks to me. Like. never has there been a more horribly perfect song for what I'm feeling with these kids and their constant tragedy and loss and. My god, their parents were/are the biggest douchebags.

This Woman's Work...I can't tell you how long I've wanted to vid these girls to that song. If only I had the skills to do it justice...

And On the Radio and Swoon and SO many of these songs and their perfection for these poor, traumatized kids.

This gives me ALL THE FEELS, basically :)

I think the cap of Elena's blood-soaked hands for This Woman's Work is particularly cruel. I told you this already, but it bears repeating.

This mix is amazing! I love the tone, the songs are perfect and just call for replays (as you know since I was stuck on Strawberry Swing and Cry When You Get Older for a day), and the graphics are particularly unfair. These songs + graphics + characters - Salvatores = feelings that I do not want about these kids growing up and being forced to grow up and some of them even choosing to grow up, because there is enough space in here for choice, in cruel and heartwrenching and violent ways.

I think Strawberry Swing, Cry When You Get Older, 4 Minute Warning, Time Machine, On the Radio , Broken Bones, especially attacked my feelings ( ... )
