DUnno if they are still around, but the local industrial band SMP had some good percussion....for industrial.
Other than that I'm not sure...
I would hunt a lot of re-mix stuff as they tend to get the "rump shaking."
A good place to hunt down some "other culture" stuff is AllofMP3.com. It is a russian download site that has tons of random stuff. Also cheap! It is about a buck a cd or you can download single songs! It's legal, cause you are paying...but it is in rubels and to the russian government! So..cheap=good!
