It seems that spring has arrived about more than a week early. :o Yes! No more winter coats! ^^

Yes! I can rejoice! My package has FINALLY arrived!! T___T Here I was thinking when will it ever come?! because the time frame was just over a month. Well, what arrived were four anime discs and I plan to watch all of them right now! ^^

I almost forgot today was Leap Year Day. Well, congratulations on those who are celebrating this once in every four year birthday! ^^

What is wrong with the weather today? It is cold and snowing. This weather would have been perfect for Winterlude, but does it have to return after Winterlude has ended four days ago? >__

I guess my predictions are right: Another warm year that has slowed down the Winterlude events. It has become a constant predictor of mine that this year would be warm again and I was right. The canal is closed today and the ice sculptures, I believe, have melted.

Nothing much happened this week.

Today is the start of the first day of Winterlude. Winterlude is a winter event where one can do many things like skating on the Rideau Canal, look at beautiful ice sculptures, sliding down a gigantic slide, etc. This year there is a new additions: Non-winter events are going to be featured, i.e. a jazz concert.
