well my back is still rather painful and I am still in need of drugs. Rather disappointed at being so sore and immobile, This is the worst I have ever had and the lomgest and it is getting me down; but not a lot I can do about it ( Read more... ) -
put out!!!!!
I put my back out. But this time it is so bad I ended up at hospital. 8 hours in a bed in the corridor before I was seen, to tell me the spasms were due to inflamation and they would just give me meds to deal with the pain then referral to my dr for physio ( Read more... ) -

holiday update..................
nothing to report, the kids are being right twats. They helped themselves to all the coke, chocolate and bread and cookies for a cheesecake without asking, then tried to deny it all ( Read more... ) -
