Escrow was suppose to close on the house last week Wednesday. On Tuesday a lein was put on the house. First time in 24 years experience my agent said, that one had been placed so late in the process. Cancelled the contractors and blew up everbodies schedule including ours. It is resolved now and we are suppose to close this afternoon or ( Read more... )

I have plans on the 11th already - but those will probably end mid-afternoon. I could help after that. Sunday has been booked for weeks, unfortunately.
