Egad! I wonder if a high elf is like a light elf or a dark elf. One thing's for sure, Draco's no Keebler elf. I know this for a fact since he didn't even offer Harry any cookies or crackers. I would pay to see Draco dressed up like a Keebler elf though. *giggles* I'm betting Harry's going to come to love being bound to elf!Draco for all time. More elfin magic, please!
