1. roast garlic
   1. start the oven preheating at 375
   2. take a whole head of garlic (or a few) and chop the tip(s) off; you should be able to see inside every clove
   3. stick it in an oven-safe dish or bowl (smaller is better)
   4. cover the exposed top with olive oil
