My name is Severus Snape. I am a warden aboard this ship, assigned to Mozenrath. I have been here since September of last year, with one absence of three months. I arrived as an inmate, and was such for five months. My duties aboard this ship include providing potions for the infirmary and for my fellow wardens.

I am, actually. I liked the metaphor about townsfolk. That whole keeping-the-worlds-apart deal. It's insightful.

Made me think, though, about how opposite that is to my case. I kept having to save people from nasties because they didn't have a clue (or only just knew half the story).

Dissent, perhaps, but I will no longer be responsible in aiding others to either cause incidents such as this, or in the reckless misuse of potions and disregard for my trust.

I, for my part, am not cross with you, or really with anyone at all, for in the end all the potion caused was absurdity. No more than a small flood might do, and with less horrors left for us to deal when the waters recede.
