Emosnail in The Scape PodSet in the not-too-distant present, emosnail (Jimmy Fallon) is on the verge of a discovery that could change the world! His weblog posts about it are the talk of the blogosphere, garnering him the attention of a handful of the wrong people. basicallyasap (Queen Latifah) turns to slosha (Sarah Michelle Gellar) for help. A fine alternative to the best film ever made.

Yeah here he is again. Unfortunately Iraq / "Most Likely to be Napoleon Dynamite" / "Biggest Flirt" / "Mr Date My Mom" doesn't look particularly like Napoleon Dynamite in any of the pictures I've gotten yet.

Apparently, April 30th is national protest day/night (they are having a vigil, as well) for the genocide in Darfur, Sudan and there is supposed to be a large protest on the Golden Gate Bridge. In fact, I was just given a flyer on campus yesterday about it that reads: "Students from Stanford, Santa Clara, USC, UC Berkeley, UCLA and UC Davis will be participating in this rally. It will be huge." (bold text added for emphasis) See that-- So, at least the protest may not be simply confined to the locale of small, small Davis. I do see your point about it though, but given the new information I think the protest should be removed from "falling firmly into the category of things [you] find infuriatingly dumb."

I dunno, I still don't see what practical application it can have. I think its only real effect is that it makes those who participate feel like they are Good People and be all smug inside and content with themselves.

I think we're aiming to finalize everything during our meeting of next Tuesday, so either Tuesday night or Wednesday .. or that Thursday during Senate at the latest.
