high fives all around for my 4 pound weight loss this week! only like 300 more to go. sigh.

I've felt empty lately. Well I've felt empty for a few years, and I always fill the void with something. It's always been food that I fill it with, but I just recently discovered that my strange make up addiction that came up all of a sudden is also just filling a void.

why am i so empty?

Life is going okay lately. I started my mood stabilizer. It's Lamictal, so I'm not actually feeling any of its effects yet. You have to gradually up your dosage to 200 mg. I'm only at 25 mg! I'm excited about it though, because its a miracle drug, and its going to make living with bipolar disorder a whole lot easier. I'm still taking Abilify too, ( Read more... )
