Your posts give me ideas of so many places I need to go check out. Mono lake looks really neat!

Any chance it's an eagle/nest? The nest/bird looks pretty big compared to the ospreys/nests down here in San Diego. I know eagles use the same nest each year,and add on to them every year so they get huge. Then again it could just be the prospective making both look bigger then they actually are.

I have not been to Mono Lake in 20 years. It is nice to see that the water levels are coming back!
