Yep! Her owners (the captain and bosun) were talking about how they wanted to make her a full survival suit, since those presently only come in human shapes.

Yeah I mean I can see the point he's tryinggg to go for that "they looked scarrry!" BUT crowd control at a protest CAN be dangerous and I would never expect someone to do a job without the proper protection.
