The Burma Association at Berkeley is doing an outdoor candlelight vigil in support of the protesters in Burma on Saturday, Oct. 6. We would LOVE any info on where to procure amps and a microphone for speeches, poetry readings, etc. We're willing to pay within reason.

Please let me know.

Too much going on. Too much to do. The shit that's been going on in Burma is so fucked up. My friend was talking to me on the phone about how her mom witnessed govt troops taking over one of the main hospitals in Yangon. Actually, I like my ex-bf a lot. It really helps, when you're frustrated with someone, simply to call them and state "I want to throttle your skinny little neck." Which is what I did, to good effect.
