a healthier me

So today I found something I think I'll be able to easily stick with--yoga. I went to my first class today and I jsut absolutely loved it. I got to the studio early because I knew I'd have to fill out paperwork and such and I was speaking with the instructor--she was just so nice. Pilates is something else you might want to try. I like it cause it is calming and relaxing to a point, but it's basically like an hour long ab workout, and we all know girls have horrible abs and need to work them out. I have to find the code to my gym door, cause i'm doing the same thing, I want to start working out and getting in shape. Props to you for doing it.

Where is it that you are taking the yoga class and how much is it?

Namastu or something like that, in new tampa by the boston market and moes. It's free the first time you go, and its $10 each class after that for college students. I just did a pilates video, actually. My legs and belly feel like theyre on fire.
