It just seems so wrong to me that you can't savour and delight and gorge yourself on whatever delicious thing you want to eat as you ramp up to this surgery. I mean, sure, there's probably some valid medical reason for it, but it seems all wrong, like, philosophically.

Mnnnn, thank you. Very pleasant nose. I taste strawberry airheads and aspertame. On the palate this wine is very enjoyable. Up front I get a hint of cherry with a trace of cough syrup followed by an oak infused capri sun aftertaste. Nice balance. rich, with vibrant acidity, fantastic citrus and toasty flavors all blending together in a tour de force of winemaking chops. bravo and cheers to you!
