I had to read the last paragraph no less than six times to understand it. But once I understood it I was well pleased.

It is know to know other people who aren't enthused by amusement park rides. I like a good museum with a gift shop. I like looking to see if they have jam. I don't buy any of the jam, but I like to see how far the jam strays from the museum subject matter.

I got them on ebay by searching "agar petri dishes". There is a good company in Mississippi who sells on Ebay.

i need to know more about this boiled icing.

It's really delicious and foamy. It's basically corn syrup and sugar boiled to candy, then mixed into meringue and whipped together to stiff peaks.
