Ok, I'm back. First, let me tell you again that this was the BEST surprise ever to see an update this morning. You are on fire!

Chapter 4. HELLO -

1.) You captured Blaine's horror over what happened to Kurt so completely! The tone of your voice is just heartbreaking, as is Kurt's nonchalance. Oh my goodness.
2.) While we're on this topic, I wanted to mention how gorgeous your speaking voice is. You put such lilting emphasis on your vowels, and the tone is quite lovely. Pleasing, even when it's tearful (and that sounds weird, I know, but it's well-meant, I promise!) I could listen to you read the dictionary, and am halfway tempted to beg you to record some of my own writing. Your voice would be perfect for one of my characters

Oh, I'm so very pleased that you were excited to see this chapter so soon. \o/ I was very motivated to push on, and I know that a few people are downloading and experiencing this story for the first time ever through audio, so the motivation not to leave them hanging is pretty strong! 1.) Thank you so very much. <3 I started recording Chapter Four Part One, and basically immediately realized how dialogue-heavy it was. It was a challenge, but a very rewarding one, and I'm so happy you felt the emotions were captured well. Kurt's nonchalonce especially, I think, because I really enjoyed being able to show just how much he can't process any of it right now.

Oh my goodness, I can't even imagine experiencing the story for the first time like this....*shudder* There are braver souls than I out there, that's for sure. I've read it twice and have now heard each installment twice, and it still makes me cry like a baby, it's such a haunting narrative.

-- I was wondering how your recent re-read of Chapter Four Part One was going to impact your listening of this, and I'm happy it was in a good way. The fact that you were hearing my voice in your head as you read it made me SO happy and proud, I can't even say! I hope real!Emiliana matched pretend!Emiliana's recording. :)

-- SO glad you like the song choice!! This is the only song so far that I have spent NO time angsting over, because I knew that if there could only be one song for Ch4Pt1, it had to be "Remains". No other options. It just... I feel that it fits disturbingly perfectly. (The singer is also one of the creators of Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along-Blog, random fact!) I'm so happy that the lyrics of the song impacted you, and that you felt they were appropriate
