Okay, so this is purely theoretical at this point. But a very kind individual has commented that they would love to see a podfic of one of my epic-length Glee fics, and that really got me thinking.
Because it's a really, really big time commitment for either of them and last time I did a Glee podfic the response was so

Aha, I know, bb. <3 It's always going to be a tiny response. But I've found in that the other fandoms I've been in, there's been a larger pool of listeners. So when I posted my first Glee podfic, it was like 'oop, nope, people aren't interested in podfic in this fandom XD'. But I'm willing to give it another shot now that I'm so very involved in Glee fandom! We needs us some more podfic, methinks. XD

:') I have no clue what a podfic is but i know i still spent like, five minutes trying to choose which i liked the most. In the end i picked the good ol' werewolf AU, For Which I have To Howl since it breaks my heart less then The One Which Is Too Heartbreaking To Be Named :') (Or, you know - my body betrays me, which has lots of heartbreaking involved) So really, the only option to...satisfy your fans is to do... BOTH! :D Yes? Oui? I thought so too... :')

Bb!! You don't know what podfics are! Ohmygosh, I'm excited, because I just posted the first chapter of my podfic for "My Body Betrays Me" here!!!!

A podfic is essentially the fanfic equivalent of an audiobook. Someone reads the fic out loud and records their performance, then puts it online for other people to download and listen to.

My personal favourite places to listen to podfics are on the bus, while cleaning, while cooking, grocery shopping, and at the gym. They make the most mundane tasks so much fun, because you're basically reading fic on the go! And it's like I'm reading you a story. <3 Plus you'll get to hear what my actual proper voice sounds like, haha!

I started out podficcing way before I started writing fic. :) I absolutely love it, and I hope you enjoy listening if it's your kinda thing. <3
