We've been dealing with this issue for the past few weeks where our DVR will just randomly decide to erase all of our recorded programs. This is so not cool. We've had two techs out to the house - and another's arriving any time now - and we're on our third DVR box. There's something going wrong somewhere with something, but only God knows what.
